I lead and support regional and international projects that reach public servants and international cooperation teams.

Grounded in PMBOK principles, agile methods and user-centered design, so the team makes better decisions and delivers on time.

As COO of Innovahub I coordinate more than 20 professionals. Planning, risk management, deliverable-based tracking and progress dashboards that the client can read too.

DATA ANALYTICS · MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Data to decide,
not to decorate.

I build decision-making tools for highly complex projects and scenarios.

Not a pretty dashboard: a clear system to see, organize, understand and act on reliable data.

What it looks like in practice ↗

Data cleaning and normalization, collection processes adjusted to avoid rework, monitoring and evaluation indicators, and visualizations that answer concrete questions. For example, the analysis of more than 140,000 staff records of the Colombian Judicial Branch, or tracking social and behavior change and accountability indicators with UNICEF.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Custom platforms,
written from scratch.

When an existing tool falls short, we build one with our own code: from architecture to deployment.

And we hand it over documented, so the team that uses it can sustain it without depending on us.

Custom Moodle modules, multilingual portals, case repositories and dashboards, built with React, Next.js, PHP and relational databases. Accessible, secure and built to last.

LEARNING AND TRAINING

Training that reaches
decision-makers.

Online and blended learning strategies that have reached judges and magistrates, and public servants in several countries.

The starting point is a diagnosis: each person gets the path they need, not the same course for everyone.

What it looks like in practice ↗

A training cycle on gender and intersectionality for the Colombian Judicial Branch, gender-responsive public budgeting in Honduras (Spotlight Initiative), and training on the 2030 Agenda with public stakeholders in Mexico.
